The Kendra Licari scandal shocked the U.S. when a Michigan mother was found guilty of cyberbullying her own daughter and her daughter’s boyfriend. Licari, a high school basketball coach, used fake social media accounts, VPNs, and anonymous apps to send thousands of threatening and insulting messages over the course of a year.
